To go from a 30 amp to a 15 amp connection like you are needing you'd want the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Adapter part # A10-3015HVP.

The wire gauge of the Mighty Cord Dogbone RV Power Cord Adapter #A10-3015HVP that you referenced is 12. That means that the wires inside the insulated wire are all 12 gauge.
