Recommended Ski/Snowboard Carrier for 2017 VW Tiguan with Raise Side Rails

Greetings My son has a 2017 Tiguan, with factory installed roof side rails. Were looking to buy him a ski rack, and are struggling with which of the various options you sell would be compatible. He doesnt need huge capacity - say, 3 pairs of skis, or a couple of snow boards. Can you get us pointed in the right direction? Thanks...

In order to carry skis/snowboards on a 2017 Volkswagen Tiguan with raised side rails you'll first need to start with crossbars, I recommend the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack part # MPG215 which has aero shaped crossbars that are the most widely compatible/wind resistant and locks for security. These will then allow you to mount a number of different ski and snowboard carrier like the Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier part # RR573 which is what I recommend.
