Yes, the BAKFlip MX4 tonneau cover is absolutely compatible with the Adarac Aluminum Series ladder rack on your 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500. The correct part numbers for the cover and rack that fit your truck are the following:
- BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK448133
- Adarac Aluminum Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum Finish # A4003992 or Matte Black # A36HG
The MX4 installs inside your Chevy's bad rails, while the Adarac uses the stake pocket mount on top of the bed rails to install, which is why the two are compatible.
This is a very nice choice of cover and rack combo for your Silverado, and the only other thing you may want for it are tie-downs the fit the ladder rack, either (or both) the Aluminum Tie-Downs # A4000882 or Load Stops # A4000880.
