To replace the orifice on your Demco DA-66 actuator you'll need to use the Replacement Orifice Connector for Dexter Actuators # T1209800. This is a different brand but it has the 1/8" Pipe thread male end to 3/16" brake line fitting that is needed for your application.

The thread size is 3/8"-24 but the fitting size is 3/16". This standard for trailer brake lines. This will go from 1/2 inch thread size to 3/8 inch. If the dimensions you took are 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch of the threads this will fit.
