Would this hitch be a good choice for carrying my wifes wheelchair 100 lbs on a carrier that weighs 125 lbs? Thanks for your help.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13419 has a tongue weight rating of 600 lbs so it is more than able to handle the combined 225 lbs of tongue weight you'll be placing on it.

Please note this is designed to fit the Class III tow bumper so you want to make sure that's what you have on your 2022 Ram 1500.

The Curt Trailer Hitch #C13419 does indeed come with all the needed hardware to attach to your 2021 Ram 1500. It should be noted, however, that this is designed to be used on a Class III factory towing bumper.

The easiest to install trailer hitch for your 2020 Ram 1500 is the Curt hitch part #C13419 which basically just bolts to the rear bumper beam. I attached a picture of what it looks like installed as well as an install video for you to check out too.
