For your 2013 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab with a camper shell, I recommend checking out the:
-Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00425, with the SkyLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y53TR, and the Landing Pad 24 for Yakima SkyLine and Control Towers # Y74FR.
These crossbars measures 50" long x 3-1/8" wide x 1" tall, is designed to be mounted to naked roofs like what's on your LEER camper shell, and has a maximum weight capacity of 165-lbs.
