Which Version of Demco Hijacker Auto Slide Fits 2016 Ford F250 with OEM Prep Package

We have the 18K Autoslide hitch. What rail kit is used with this hitch? Thanks!

The Replacement Head and Base Assembly for Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # DM6077 that you referenced is essentially the hitch without brackets to attach to a rail system. So this is technically not designed to fit any rail kit. For a version of this hitch that would fit the Ford OEM rails of your 2016 Ford F-250 short bed you'd want the part # DM8550024 instead which comes with the correct brackets. If you needed just the Ford brackets though you'd want the part # DM6033.
