I checked with Curt and the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e38KR is a fit for a 2023 Kia Sportage AWD Hybrid. There are no further modifications needed for this sub-model, it features a bolt-on no drill or cutting installation.

Please note, if you'll be towing then you'll also need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C99DR and Curt Towing Starter Kit part # C45534.
