Comparing Trailer Hitch Options for a 2022 Lincoln Corsair
Question:
I have a 22 corsair that I am going to add a hitch to. I see a couple options. Some of them have different weight limits but some have the same and there is a price difference. The two I am looking at are both from curt but I dont see any difference in weights for them? Is there a difference?

The biggest difference between the trailer hitch options for a 2022 Lincoln Corsair is installations, the etrailer part # e89YR and Curt part # C23FR will be much easier to install than the Draw-Tite part # DT95MR. The Draw-Tite requires the exhaust to be lowered, the heat shield to be trimmed, and the rear bumper fascia to be trimmed. The etrailer and Curt do not require any of the above so they are what I recommend. The only difference between the etrailer and Curt is their finish, the etrailer is matte and the Curt is shiny. I like the etrailer as it blends in between with the vehicle but either are great choices.
Please note, the Draw-Tite does have a higher capacity than the etrailer and Curt but this really means nothing as the vehicle is your limiting factory and it's below the etrailer and Curt so you won't get a higher rating from the Draw-Tite even though it has more capacity.
