The best and only anti-sway bar we offer for a 2016 Ram 1500 is the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1129-135 which replaces the factory rear anti-sway bar so there will be no fit issues. The larger diameter bar will do a better job of improving overall stability of your vehicle. It also offers a simple bolt-on installation.
