Could you please tell me the torque setting of the nut which holds the wet bolts in place on the shekel and leaf springs . Thank you

In regards to a shackle bolt like the Wet Equalizer Bolt with Locknut part # 126B2, there is no recommended torque setting. They're tightened until the knurled portion of the bolt pulls completely into the shackle strap and the bolt head is ran all the way down to the shackle strap.

According to the installation instructions from Dexter Axle the torque specs for the wet bolts on their Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kits, like part #K71-653-00, is 30 - 50 ft-lbs. I have attached a clip from their instructions for you to check out.
