Custom fit fifth wheel rail kits are the easiest to install since they don't require frame drilling. They cut the install time in half when compared to a universal kit as well. So for your 2018 Ram 2500 the Curt rail kit part # C16427-204 would be your easiest to install option. Then for a hitch the Curt A16 slider hitch part # C16541 would be a really great option that has a slider to help with turning clearance and also has a great jaw design that gives excellent king pin contact to minimize noise and movement.
