can this be used with soft rollup tonneau cover? can I carry 2 Rad City Eikes approx. 60 lbs each ??

The only way the RockyMounts Truck Bed Track for Bike Racks part # RKY10993 could work with a tonneau cover is if the tonneau didn't have any portion of that needed to wrap around under the bed rails of the truck. If the cover was one that went on top of the bed rails that would be a good indicator that this could potentially work.
