I confirmed with Pace Edwards and Yakima. Yes, you are correct the Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit for Yakima OverHaul HD and OutPost HD Truck Bed Ladder Racks item # Y01155 will work with the Pace Edwards Ultragroove metal tonneau covers.

For your 2014 Nissan Titan there are a couple of options that include this adapter with the ladder rack. I have listed them below. They fit all of the available bed lenth options.
