Yes. The Yakima Overhaul HD # Y01151-58 is compatible with the Pace Edwards UltraGroove # PE48CV for your 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 with 6-3/4 foot bed when you use the # Y01155 adapter. These would be the correct parts for your truck and is going to give you a really nice looking setup.
