For your 2005 GMC Savanna with the cutaway chassis you will need a receiver like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver. This receiver is available with either 7" Tall Mounting Brackets # 41990-07 or 16" Tall Mounting Brackets # 41990-16. This receiver can either be bolted to your frame or welded but the cross tube will need to be welded to the mounting brackets. There currently is not a custom fit receiver for your Savanna with the cutaway chassis.
