The Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3.5K Axles part # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K should work great on the Reliable SureLube 4,700 Lb Axle as the bearings are an exact match. The hub has a 5 on 4-1/2" lug pattern which is the most common and standard application so it should work well for you.
