The Titan Chain Diamond LT Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2326 that you referenced, are considered a fit for your 2010 Ford Explorer if you currently have either the 255/70-18 tires, or the 265/70-17 tires. Of the tire chains that we offer that are confirmed as a fit for your vehicle, this would be your best option for occasional use, and ease of installation.
The diamond chain pattern on these tire chains is has excellent traction in snow and grip in ice. It provides extra coverage and better traction for both forward movement, and better stopping power.
The other styles of chains that are confirmed for your vehicle that are a drive on installation are all ladder style of tire chains. This style offers great grip and stopping power in a forward movement, but the chains only cross the tire in one direction. The diamond pattern offers additional coverage when compared to the ladder style of chains, improving the versatility of this style of tire chains.
The Titan chains that you referenced also have Class S designation, and that is intended for use on vehicles that require limited wheel well clearance. The majority of the tire chains that are considered a fit for your vehilce that are not Class S compliant.
The comparison of different styles of tire chains is primarily based on the frequency of use, user needs, and vehicle restrictions.
I have included links to the products referenced above, and a couple of helpful articles for your reference.
