The Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box - Lippert Rhino # GY38GR that you referenced was designed to fit in place of the Lippert Rhino box so no spacers or modifications would be required. It would fit the pin box directly.
