Troubleshooting The Bulldog Powered A-Frame Jack That Does Not Go Down

My trailer jack will go up but not down

Expert Reply:
The Bulldog Powered Drive Trailer Jack # BD500199 grounds through the mounting hardware. I would recommend running a jumper wire from the mounting flange of the jack to the ground wire on your trailer wiring to see if you can get it to work that way. The jack has an internal circuit breaker that automatically resets so the only other problem it could be is an internal problem. If that is the case you will have to purchase a new jack.
