What Does Board or Step Underneath Truck Bed Mean For Camper Tie-Downs on 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500

Question:

I’m looking at your frame mounted truck camper holdown for a Chevy 2005 2500. What does it mean when choosing model when asked it it has or is without a board or step under truck bed?

The "with/without board or step underneath truck bed" designation is referring to whether or not a step or nerf board runs underneath the truck bed. If you have these and they don't extend beyond the cab then you would choose the "without" option.

Based on what you were looking at I'll assume you have a 6-1/2 foot bed. If you don't have a board or step underneath you will need the # TLC2205A front tie-downs. If you do have a board or step you will need the # TLC4203 front tie-downs. The rear varies based on what hitch you do/don't have on your 2005 Silverado 2500.

I have attached a link below with all of our frame-mounted tie-downs for your reference. You will need to choose the correct model, bed length, and hitch to find the correct rear tie-downs for your truck.
