Width of Leaf Springs For Use With Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit APS2
Question:
On Item # APS2, it does say how wide of a leaf spring it will accept. Will a 2-inch wide leaf spring work with these?

Expert Reply:
The Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs - 1-1/2" Front, 1-1/4" Rear # APS2 is designed for use with 1-3/4" wide double-eye leaf springs, so it wouldn't work with 2" wide springs.
Double-eye springs are standard 1-3/4" and the only hanger kits we have for 2" springs are for slipper springs. If you have 2" slipper springs instead of double-eye springs you can use the Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for 2" Slipper Springs - 3-3/4" Tall Front # APS6SE.
