Can TV Be Used When Connected to Lithium Battery that is Being Charged

Hi! I’ve been powering a small TV monitor from a 4S lithium-ion battery. I have always disconnected the battery for charging. QUESTION IS: Is it safe to keep the TV on while charging the battery. Do you sell a specific charger for that purpose? Thanks in advance.

While lithium battery chargers like the Progressive Dynamics # PD9145ALV do charge at a slightly higher voltage than standard batteries you can still use your TV while the battery is being charged since the voltage isn't that high.
