The only option for towing mirrors on your 2022 Honda Ridgeline is universal towing mirrors like the K-Source Universal Towing Mirror # KS3891-2 as there aren't any custom towing mirrors. We have found that these mirrors fit well, are easy to install, and are very stable so we recommend them highly.
