Are the mounting bolts included with the MCL lights?

Mounting hardware is not included with the Optronics side marker/clearance light # MCL13A2B. The type of hardware you use, screws, bolts, etc., does not matter but screws are most common because they are easy to work with. I have included a link to a video review of this light for you.
