Replacement Rear Strap for Yakima HighRoller Roof Mount Bike Rack

Question:

I see that this part is listed for models other than the frontloader, but to me, this looks like the part I need. On my frontloader, the rear wheel can be ratcheted down from both sides, meaning the ridges on the strap face opposite directions from either end. The strap this website has listed as a replacement for the frontloader shows a strap that only ratchets from one side. Y8880229 Im not sure this would work, unless maybe the anchor end sits behind the ratchet crank on one side, and I tighten it from just one side. Maybe my rack is an outdated model, hence my confusion here. I left the strap on the roof and need to replace it - probably a common mistake with these racks, My question is, will this work on a frontloader?

The Replacement Wheel Strap # Y8880229 you referenced is for the Yakima FrontLoader # Y02103 but what it sounds like you have is the discontinued HighRoller 8002107 which looks very similar to the FrontLoader but uses the Replacement Wheel Strap # Y8880077 that you said looks like more like what you have.

I reached out to my contact at Yakima who confirmed that these 2 bike racks are commonly mistaken for one another as they look very similar. I'm attaching review videos for both racks for you to check out.
