Can I Use My Whispbars On A 2021 Toyota RAV Hybrid, If Not, What Do You Recommend

I have a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid with OEM flush rails. I own Whispbar crossbars that I need a way to attach to these rails. So I guess I need towers only. Can you help me

I do have a roof rack solution for you, but it will not use your Whispbar crossbars. My roof rack recommendation is the Yakima rack. It will consist of the following items:
Yakima CoreBar Crossbars - Steel - Black - 60" Long - Qty 2, part # Y00422
SkyLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Fixed Mounting Points, Flush Rails, and Track Systems - Qty 4, part # Y53TR
Landing Pad 23 for Yakima SkyLine and Control Towers - Qty 4, part # Y98FR
Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores (QTY 4), part # Y07204
This roof rack has a weight limit of 165 lbs. I included the Yakima lock cores so you could lock this roof rack to your vehicle.
Unfortunately, Yakima stopped supporting Whispbar a number of years ago. There have not been any new Whispbar, fit guided items in North America since 2016.
