To add a fully-functional 7-Way wiring kit on your 14' Hudson trailer I recommend the following parts:

Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit # HS381-9000
20 Ft 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness - # A20WB
10 Gauge Wire - # 10-1-1
16 Gauge Wire - # DW02359-1
Heat Shrink Butt Connectors - Parts # DW05744-10 and # DW05745-10

The Upgrade Kit comes with a junction box that acts like a "hub" for all of your trailer wiring. This makes it easier to connect your wiring to the various functions as well as perform any troubleshooting in the future. The 20' wiring harness is what you'll normally use for a standard 4-Way trailer kit so you'll just cut off the 4-Way connector and install the wiring in the junction box. This comes with 2 brown wires for the running lights so you can route that function down both sides of your trailer.

You'll use the 10 Gauge Wire for your brake circuit and then the 16 Gauge Wire for a reverse signal if that light exists on your trailer. The Heat Shrink on the butt connectors will protect your wiring connections from the elements so you don't have to worry about them.

Attached are some review videos as well as a helpful article on how to wire a 7-Way plug and standard trailer wiring for you to check out.
