Brakes And Hubs Needed For Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR1THDS03
Question:
I have a question about the Timbren Trailer Axles - ASR1THDS03. I would like some assistance ing the appropriate brakes for 4 on 4 bolt pattern wheels.

Expert Reply:
Since the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR1THDS03 uses the upgraded spindle you would have to move to 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern wheels. This would then take the Self-Adjusting Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA and 2 of the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assemblies # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.
You will then be able to fit some Provider ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13" White Wheel # TA43RR on the axle system.
We currently do not carry a Timbren system that will allow for brakes to be mounted on the BT8 or BTR spindle that will allow for brakes with a 4 on 4" hub.
