How to Fit B&W Companion Hitch to OEM Puck System on 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty
Question:
I have a BandW companion 20k 5th wheel Hitch adapter. I am wanting to put it on my 2019 F 350. the BandW has a square male coming out of hitch and the truck has a round gooseneck hole. Is there an adapter he can use or different gooseneck ball that could fit a square.

It sounds like you have the OEM puck system on your 2019 Ford F-350. While I do have a way for you to use your 20K Companion hitch with your OEM pucks, there isn't a way to fit the base of the Companion for the B&W gooseneck to a round gooseneck receiver like what your factory system has.
Instead what you'll need to do is remove the head from your B&W Companion and then use the Slider Base # BWRVB3370 or the Fixed Base # BWRVB3300 to connect a full Companion 5th wheel hitch to your truck. The nice thing about these bases is they fit directly to the OEM puck system so you won't be lugging around another adapter and having to keep track of one more thing to tow your 5th wheel.
