Diameter of Locking Portion of Tow Ready # TR63254 5th Wheel Base Rail Lock

WHAT IS THE OUTSIDE DIAM OF THE BARREL. I HAVE VERY LITTLE CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE BENT PIN AND THE RAIL.

The outer diameter of the locking portion of the Tow Ready # TR63254 lock is 1.142, or just a bit larger than 1-1/8 inch.
If this will not provide enough clearance, you can use the Reese Pull Pin Lock Plates like part # RP58093. You would also need a padlock like part # ML1KA. Keep in mind that these Pull Pin Plates are not compatible with the Reese R16 or R20 due to the different sized pins used.
