We do have a shock kit that will work for your 2022 Jayco Jay Flight with a 3" diameter single axle; it is technically called an add-on kit for Roadmaster's Comfort Ride shocks but can be used for a single axle trailer, which Roadmaster has verified for us. The correct part is the following:
- Roadmaster Comfort Ride Add-On Kit # RM-2460-50
The # RM-2460-50 says it is for 5,200 lb to 7,000 lb axles, but it is really for 3" diameter axles - it's just that the most common 3" diameter axles are rated for 5,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs. This kit does come with the correct hardware for your 3" diameter axles and will also work with leaf springs either under the axles or over the axles so it is 100% compatible with your Jay Flight.
This kit is a really smart idea to give your trailer a softer, more controlled ride. The reason for that is both the quality of the shocks as well as the fact they're mounted at a 15 degree angle, which helps minimize movement from side-to-side and reduce sway.
