For your 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited you'd want a tow bar wiring kit like the Roadmaster part # RM-152-98146-7 which has ability to carry a trickle charge circuit for the Wrangler battery. Then for a charge kit you can use with that wiring kit you'd want the Roadmaster Battery Charge kit part # RM-156-25 which comes with the wiring and breaker needed.
