Recommended Bike Rack For Use on Flat Towed Vehicle

I am looking for a bike rack that can be on a flat-towed vehicle behind a motorhome. I assume if the rack has a checkmark for flat-towed vehicle that is what that means? its rated to run behind a flat-towed vehicle
