Upgrading the Replacement Handheld Remote to work w/ the Tekonsha Prodigy RF w/ Bluetooth

Hi, My trailer controller stopped communicating with my hand held controller in my Armada and my wired controller in my Motorhome. Since all the lights worked I assumed it was the trailer unit so I bought a new prodigy rf and installed it on the trailer. When trying to pair with the hand held controller plugged into the Aux port in the Armada I never get to the initial 00. It always flashes NC. when everything is wired together the trailer lights work but I cannot pair the units. What should we be looking at? It previously worked fine in the Armada this way.

The newer Tekonsha Prodigy RF Wireless Trailer Brake Controller use Bluetooth. The older models used only radio frequency. You will need the Replacement Handheld Remote for Tekonsha Prodigy RF Brake Controller - Bluetooth item # TK27FR.
