Thule EasyFold XT Clear Rear Spare of 2008 Toyota RAV4

Will Thule EasyFold XT work for a 2008 Rav4 Tire mounted on rear gate ? To hold 2 Giant eBikes @ 42lbs each Just wondering if there will be sufficient clearance. This picture appears to confirm it does. thanks
