Hello I like to order this hitch. Is this fits 2001 Ford F150 4 door Supercrew. Is this a bolt on hitch or do I need to drill a hole.

Yes, the Ultra Frame Receiver Hitch, item # 41920, will fit your 2001 Ford F-150 Supercrew Pickup. You will need to drill one, 1/2 inch, hole in each side of the vehicle frame to install the Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch.
