Recommended Trailer Hitch For A 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser
Question:
Hi, description says drilling is required. However, I am reading the reviews and sounds like it’s a direct bolt on installation. Can you please explain? 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser, Curt hitch receiver.

When it comes to installing a trailer hitch on your 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2 inch # C13089 is confirmed to fit your vehicle. The hitch is a bolt on installation but the bolt holes may need to be enlarged during installation.
The trailer hitch has a gloss black powder coat finish which is over a protective base coat that offers superior rust resistance. The trailer hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight up to 5,000 pounds and has a maximum tongue weight up to 500 pounds. I recommend checking your vehicle's manual to double check the proper towing capacity for your vehicle.
The Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 33405 has a 4 flat connector that will make it to where your trailer's stop, turn, and brake lights will mirror your vehicle's stop, turn, and brake lights.
This custom fit harness plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located in your rear cargo area on the driver's side and passenger's side.
