Hi I have a question I am driving a Ford ranger and towing a travel trailer 20 ft with the curt Bluetooth brake controller . Is any specific setting where I have to keep the max output or sensitivity adjustment.?

There is no specific settings for the Curt Echo Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 on your 2019 Ford Ranger when towing your 20ft travel trailer. You will want to drive with the brake controller and find the settings that feel best for you. You want to feel the brakes on the trailer working to slow you down but not so aggressive that it is braking harder than your Ranger.
Remember that no 2 trailers are going to be exactly the same, so what may work correctly on one trailer may be to much for the next trailer built on the assembly line.
