Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack Not Extending Or Retracting
Question:
The front stabilizer jack Model #LC298707 on my 2020 Passport 239Ml wont lower when I press the button. The motor runs but the stabilizer doesn't move. I used the hand crank to lower the stabilizer and it lowered like it would using the motor. The problem I have is that it won't retract using the hand crank or the motor. I raised the front of the camper using the power tongue jack until the stabilizer was raised off the ground to relieve the pressure on the stabilizer and I still can't retract the stabilizer using the hand crank or the motor. I can lower it but not raise it. what do you see as the possible problem and how can I fix it. Thank you in advance.

Since you mentioned that you are not able to lower the Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 with the hand crank or with the motor, this could be due to a couple of things.
It is possible that you may have over-extended, or something internally may have become bent or has been stripped.
I also recommend checking to make sure your batteries are fully charged, and ensuring that your ground connections aren't loose or corroded. A lot of times, the common source of error is from simple things like a weak or loose ground.
You may also checking that your motor is getting the appropriate 12v to your motor with a multimeter # PT29ZR. If you're not getting the appropriate voltage, and you've verified your power source is good to go, then your best course of action is to replace the jack.
