I calculated all the specs for you. From the roof rack you mentioned, I assume you have a bare roof on your 2020 Honda HR-V. If this is the case, then yes! You will be able to use the the following roof rack setup with the Trunx # TRX44FR and the Malone Pilot # MPG2103 side-by-side:

I went ahead and attached a video of this roof rack attached to a 2016 Fiat 500x. Even though this vehicle uses a different fit kit than your 2020 Honda HR-V requires, it still gives you a good idea of fitment. This particular roof rack has a maximum weight capacity of 100 pounds.
