Parts Needed to Add Thule WingBar Crossbars to a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with Flush Side Rails

Question:

I have a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with flush mount roof rails running front to back. I initially didnt think I needed the fit kit but after visiting so many sites Im now confused .... I have decide to go with the aero crossbars so from what Ive researched, I know I need the Rapid Traverse Foot pack and the 47in bars but still cant figure for sure whether I need the fit kit since I have the factory front to back roof rails?

For your 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with flush side rails, to add WingBars you will need the following items:

Thule AeroBlade load bars, # TH711200 in silver or # TH711220 in black
Thule Podium Foot Pack, # TH460R
Fit Kit, # THKIT4029

Or you can go with the more flush system using:

Thule AeroBlade Edge Roof Rack, # TH7602-TH7603
Fit Kit, # THKIT4029

You will not use the Rapid Traverse feet because they do not fit the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with flush side rails. The reason you would use Podium feet is that the vehicle should already have factory mounting points to attach them making the Traverse feet unnecessary.
