Thanks so much for reaching out to us. I went ahead and did some research on your 2018 NuCuamp model 320s tear trailer. From the available specs, you have standard manual front/rear jacks.
If you need replacement jacks for your front end of the trailer, while we do not carry a direct factory replacement, I recommend using the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks - 24" Lift - 6,500 lbs - Qty 2 # UF48-979002. Our neighbors have raved about using these jacks with their tear campers and have left many 5-star reviews. As far as the mounting plate dimensions on these jacks, they measure 3-1/2" x 7-1/4". The plates can either be bolted or welded to the trailer's frame.
I went ahead and attached a photo of a neighbor using these jacks on a tear-style camper. I also attached a demo video of these jacks for you to check out.
