How Could Reese Revolution Pin Box be Used with Convert a Ball Adapter

I am looking at item CAB-C5G convert a ball gooseneck adapter. I am asking if this will work on a 2013 flagstaff with a Reese revolution hitch on the camper? Also I would like the part number for the bolt kit recommended for permanent mounting?

You can not use a Convert A Ball fifth wheel adapter # CAB-C5G with a Reese Revolution pin box unless it was locked out so that it wouldn't pivot anymore.
