Flat Tow Base Plate Kit for 2021 Ford F-150 Raptor

Will this fit a 2021 Raptor? I already have a blue ox bar.

We do have what you need for your 2021 Ford F-150 Raptor but, the # BO74FR that you linked to is not confirmed to fit the 2021 model year. My recommendation is the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, # BLU33FR that is confirmed to fit the Raptor model. Some drilling and trimming is required for install and the tow hooks will need to be removed. This will match to any direct connect Blue Ox tow bar such as the 7,500 lb. rated Blue Ox Ascent Non-Binding Tow Bar, # BX4370 which will match well to your Raptor that is just under 6K in weight. Or, my preferred choice, the 10K rated Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar, # BX7420.

In addition to base plates and two bar, you will need a wiring solution for your indicator lights, safety cables and supplemental braking. I have all recommended items listed below:

- Base Plate Kit, Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, # BLU33FR

- Tow Bar, 10K rated Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar, # BX7420 (needed safety cables included.)

- Wiring Solution, Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit, # RM-15267

- Supplemental Braking, Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 along with Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400

We always recommend that you consult the vehicle specific owners manual for information on flat towing your specific vehicle and please note the linked help article on High/Low adapters. Once your base plates are installed and the tow bar is set in place, it should be at +/- 3" of level. If not, you may have excess wear of tires and front suspension parts occur.
