It sounds like you're looking for the Blue Ox Off-Road Bumper Adapters for Blue Ox Motorhome Mounted Tow Bars part # BX88358 which are designed for Blue Ox motorhome mounted tow bars and bumpers with a 1" thick d-ring. I have attached a video I did on these below as well.
