Question:

Which way is up on the cylinder cover? Does the raised rim around the filler plug hole go up, or down into the cylinder reservoir? Thanks!

My technical contact at Titan confirmed that the silver cover plate needs to have the side with the raised rim facing down into the cylinder. After you insert the fill cap into the cover plate, the fill cap should sit flush on the smooth (non-raised) side.

I would recommend using a spray lubricant like WD-40 to try and loosen the cap on the master cylinder of your coupler actuator. Using a tool like vise-grips should allow you to remove the cap from the housing. If you are able to remove the cap and…
