Question:
What Reese hitch do you recommend for a 2014 Honda Crv I have a bicycle carrier that has a 1 1/4 opening, but I don’t think the Reese hitch they have that opening is as good as the 2 inch opening

For a 1-1/4" hitch on a 2014 Honda CR-V, I recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 36520. You are correct the the 1-1/4" hitch is a class II and the 2" receiver Draw-Tite Item # 75742 that fits your Honda is a class III and a better hitch. It has a higher capacity for towing and also a wider range of accessories available. If your bike rack has the ability to mount in a 2" receiver with an adapter made specifically for your bike rack I would recommend going with the Class III 2" receiver hitch over the Class II 1-1/4" receiver hitch. If it doesn't you can use the Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" item # HT02. This reducer will allow you to convert a 2" receiver to accommodate your 1-1/4" bike rack. I have linked installation videos below for both.
