Question:

I have one wheel on at boat trailer with a Titan hitch on it that is locking up. Can you help me diagnose the issue and also identify the model I have? Thank you!

One of the most popular hydraulic Titan actuators is the Model 6. If you can find a part number stamped on the actuator or found on a sticker (and send me some photos) I can help you identify what you have.

As far as the brakes locking up goes, you probably have a brake that is adjusted too much and you need to back it off using a Brake Adjustment Spoon # W80630. You'll want to adjust the brakes so the wheel can freely spin but it also has some drag. Since you only have this happening with one wheel it would be a good idea to also check your other wheels to make sure they aren't too loose.

With all of your brakes adjusted properly this should fix the uneven braking you've been experiencing.
