Im looking for the old riser piece that attaches to the foot base on a fixed location on a honda element. I guess you could compare to the riser on newer models. it clamps to the fixed part on the vehicle and holds a square cross bar.

The Replacement FootBase #753-2149 is only compatible with Thule roof rack accessories. While it can be used to mount Thule towers to the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack #Y02-500B the base is not compatible with Rhino-Rack towers.
